Designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel.The particulars of this contract was to build a line between Keynsham and Newton St Loe, Somerset. Many of the drawings are stamped with 'McIntosh V Great Western Railway' this refers to the 19 year legal battle between the contractor and the railway company for breach of contract.
