Copy tender and contract No. 4B. Tender copy from Charles Wilkins of Twiverton (Twerton) to undertake the work for the Great Western Railway Company including the diversion of the turnpike road. Contract includes information for the schedule of the works to take place and a description of the works to take place. The document is signed by Charles Wilkins.

Letter relating to Bristol contract signed by Timothy [Trisell] and others attached to four sheets of cuttings which contain cross sections of a number cuttings. Document in chancery firstly between David McIntosh, plaintiff and the Great Western Railway Company, defendant and was seen on the 17th July 1854. Also a document in chancery between David McIntosh, plaintiff and the Great Western Railway Company, defendant, and between Timothy [Trisell], plaintiff, and the Great Western Railway Company, defendant as exhibit No. 1162 referred to in the affidavit of Thomas Edward Layton and Hugh Ross sworn in this case on the twenty-ninth day of April 1859.
