Tender copy from George Burge of Herne Bay County of Kent to undertake the work for the Great Western Railway Company to complete the portion of the Box Tunnel as worked from Shaft No. 6 and all the works connected therewith - excavating part of the tunnel. Document is signed by George Burge. Contract includes information for the schedule of the works to take place and a description of the works to take place.
