Seven drawings on one shee of adjustment at ends of centre links. Drawing No. 9 for Chepstow Bridge Contract. First drawing is of section at aa, second drawing is of section at bb, third drawing is of elevation at Va of adjusting screw, fourth drawing is of main chain, fifth drawing is of plan at cc, sixth drawing is of elevation of eye of link, seventh drawing is of diagonal chains. Drawing is signed by Edward Finch and Thomas Willey.

First drawing is of half division of one opening with half transverse section of one opening, second drawing is of longitudinal section, third drawing is of longitudinal section through AB, fourth drawing is of vertical section shewing radial joint, fifth drawing is of vertical section shewing horizontal joint, sixth drawing is of transverse section at BB.

Eight drawings on one sheet. All eight drawings are of elevations and sections of caps of columns as executed for the main pier. Signed by Robert Pearson Brereton at 18 Duke Street.

Sketch relating to Chepstow Bridge of [section showing points of support on top girder at abutments and piers].

[1845-1850]

Drawing is of an elevation of the crossing of the River Wye by the Chepstow Bridge. [Pencil annotation says 'as sent to admiralty' and there are pencil turrets with castellations drawn faintly over the piers. Different design to that which was implemented.]

1848-1852

Document is a chart of borings 16-21 and their contents in the ship yard at Chepstow.
