006 - Cheltenham and Great Western Union Railway Contract 1CR

The Cheltenham and Great Western Union Railway was a broad gauge railway, authorised in 1836, that linked the Great Western Railway at Swindon, Wiltshire, with Cheltenham. It was sold to the Great Western Railway in 1843. Contract 1CR took the railway through the parishes of Kemble and Siddington.
